Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at the Heatblur Store!
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our physical products can be returned within 14 days of recieving the product, if they were purchased stand-alone and not as part of a package bundle.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 15 days
The product is in its original packaging
The product was not purchased in a bundle package

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from the Heatblur Store.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged physical product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Physical Sale items can be refunded.

Digital products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product (license key) is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or using your license key, or downloading our products.
