Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at the Heatblur Store!
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our physical products can be returned within 14 days of recieving the product. If your product was purchased as part of a bundle package, you will be refunded the difference between the price of such a bundle and the equivalent standalone product prices. 

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

The product was received in the last 14 days. 
The product is in its original packaging.

Send the product with its original packing to, and open a support ticket with support@heatblur.se informing us of your return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from the Heatblur Store.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged physical product, please notify us immediately for assistance and we will issue you a replacement or store credit.

Sale items

Physical Sale items can be refunded. You will be refunded the amounts actually paid, not any current sales prices if they differ.

Digital products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product (license key) is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or using your license key, or downloading our products.
