The Service may from time to time collect a unique, anonymous identifier, which is generated and solely used for counting the number of unique users using the Service and their chosen platform. Unique User Count Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Unique User Count Data includes only very limited uniquely generated information, utilised exclusively for the purposes of counting the number of unique active users on each platform, and does not include IP address, browser type, hardware information, version, the pages visited, or any other personal data. 

We do not collect region information, hardware information, or any other information about you or your usages of the Service. User Count Data is completely anonymous, and does not include any personal information or information that can be connected to any natural person, either on its own or in conjunction with any other information. The Company has no interest in collecting information about You or any of your personal data or information. To our knowledge, no technical or other way allows us to connect any User Count Data to You, now or in the future.

Use of Unique User Count Data

We collect Unique User Count data under the legal principle of Legitimate Interest, as it is necessary for us to understand the popularity and user count of our game without compromising your privacy. Any data is stored exclusively on EU servers and is used exclusively for counting the number of unique users.

We use Matomo, a third-party analytics service, to count unique users. Matomo helps us analyse the number of unique users while maintaining high standards of data privacy.

  • Anonymity: The Unique User Count Data remains fully anonymous.

  • EU Compliance: Matomo operates in compliance with GDPR and processes data on EU servers.
